The Christian Outreach Evangelistic Church was established in 1992 and initially held services in Mrs. Zenobia Coleman’s home as a temporary place of worship. Later, the church moved to 6944 Highway 85, Suite P, in Riverdale, Georgia. During its time at this location, many auxiliaries were established, including the COCE Mass Choir, the usher board, and the youth ministry. Eventually, 7.5 acres were purchased, leading to the church’s location at 6120 Hwy 85 in Riverdale.
Additionally, God blessed First Lady Elect Rogers to move her in-home daycare to Christian Outreach, creating the Pure Love Learning Center. This center operates daily, serving the needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool children and offering a before and after-school program.
Christian Outreach Evangelistic Church’s dedication to community involvement and
development led to the creation of the Outreach Cowboys Football and Cheerleading League in 2009.
Recognizing young people’s challenges, the league was established as a positive alternative to the negative stereotypes that often impact the community. The league promotes physical fitness and teamwork and fosters personal growth and resilience by providing youth with a structured, supportive environment.
Christian Outreach Evangelistic Church is dedicated to educating students in a God-centered facility. Our future endeavors include expanding our childcare program to an early elementary school, catering to the needs of kindergarten to 3rd-grade students.
